No. I think there is a law called the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act which prohibits a vehicle manufacture from making their warranty conditional on the use of their parts. Of course, they won't warrant aftermarket pads and rotors that are not of their manufacture, but can you imagine them trying to deny warranty on your blown transmission because you installed WalMart wiper blades?

The honda rotor and pads are great from the fact the only reason why I see you replace is either the looks or you going track racing and need pads and rotors that wont fade. Which you probably arent, call up you dealer over the phone and ask

No it will not void the warranty. If you are doing this for performance reasons, do it and don't look back! If yo are doing this because the ones you have are worn, do not put anything but Honda pads back on it, the rotors should still be thick enough to machine them. Spend the extra money and put the right parts on your car. Hondas don't normally "like" aftermarket pads (unless you are going the performace route), 9 times out of ten you will be replacing them very soon with OEM pads. Doing it right this time will cost less than doing them twice!!
