support the engine with a jack. unbolt engine mount. bolt new one in. assume its pretty much the same system for honda civic which i have done. might want to hit the bolts with some penetrating oil a few days before u start. am surprised u have bad engine mount so soon.

Bigger question is what did you hit? I've driven Honda's into the ground and never had to look at the engine mount or any part of the frame.
