Default Does anyone know how to take the seats out of a 2002 honda civic 4 dr?

I want to vacuum and shampoo clean the carpets

pull the rear covers off the rails with a screw driver. use a 14 mm socket to remove the seat rail bolts front and rear and tilt the seat backnow unplug all the wires, be carefull not to damage the connectors, also MAKE SURE THE KEY is OFF at all times or you will set many SRS failure codeshave fun seats are little heavy too have a friend help take them outdont turn on the ignition until the seats are all back in place and pluged in

4 bolts on the rails that move them back n fourth. Dont forget to unplug the seatbelt clip n whatever wires are under it before you try takin it out.
