A very popular performance conversion for you Civic is to puta 1.8 litre Acura engine (early to mid 90's) I have seen some of these run true mid 11 second quarters.....which is fast enough to put down most any street v-8 that thinks its fast

Any engine that fits will fit. Maybe you should be asking what engines will match up with your transmission or motor mounts.Personally if your thinking of engine swap.. Just buy a real car thats not FWD.Fact of life is that performance cars are not front wheel drive, any moron who wants to argue can think about it for one moment.Honda-S2000 RWDAcura-NSX RWDChevy- Corvette RWDToyota- Supra MR2 both RWDAnd whoever is the dumbass that said a 1.8L ran mid 11s is so full of shit it hurts. No 1.8L that isnt a tube chassy 3lbs car will run 11s
