Price seems ok, it looks in good condition, and the mileage isn't bad

aftermarket mods reduce the value of the car.. so the body kit and the wheels actually make it worth less. It also gives a hint at the car's past.. most likely beat on by a kid. Granted the mileage is good, and the price would be right if the car was in perfect condition like it just rolled off the showroom in 2001. In this case,I wouldn't give more than 10k for that particular car
