The parts (if done correctly) will be in the $5000 range. Also a swap is not anything to do without proper knowledge. To do just the auto to stick conversion would be around $2,000. And if doing a swap, you should put a new timing belt, oil pump, water pump and distributor on as well. You will need axles, motor mounts, ECU, tranny mounts, tranny/motor, shift linkages, and complete wiring harness from the B16.
