how do you hook up speedometer gauges on a 1995 honda civic?

Your talking about the cluster just unscrew it and pull it out, but if your talking about a tach it should come with instructions or get a manual.

if its a cluster, theres alot of steps involved and you would be better off paying 50 bucks and leaving it to a professional

I think you mean from a non RPM tach cluster to one here are some likes its simple un screw the screws from the black part of the gauge cluster remove clock if you have one and harzard button un plug and yank the black part out un screw the cluster
