No, not at all. It would probably take you all of 15 minutes at most. Find the tube running from your radiator to the intake manifold. (Usually a black rubber hose about an inch and a half thick going to the front part of your engine.) Make sure your engine is cool before you change the thermostat, and then pull off the rubber hose. The thermostat will be right there. You may have to take off a screw or two to get it off and back on, but that's not difficult. I suggest picking up a new gasket for the thermostat while you're at it. (You don't want to change it all and then have to re-do it because the gasket is leaking!). Scrape off the old gasket with a sharp razor blade and put the new one on along with some gasket sealant to hold it in place. Then just put everything back together and you're done. Easy right?
