I have a 98 accord...everything stock right now...how can I make it faster?

Before you beef up the engine you should tighten up the suspension to make sure the car will be able to handle the extra power. Put in some Koni gas shocks, a set of tighter, lower springs, hardened bushings, and heavier anti-sway bars. Don't forget to add stickier tires and alloy wheels, Then look at the engine.You could do a number of things here, but the quickest way to increase horsepower is to add a supercharger. These will come in complete kits with detailed instructions. You will also want to install tuned headers and a race modified exhaust system. If you really want to go nuts, add nitrous oxide tanks.You may need to change your hood to accommodate the supercharger, but they are making kits that are low profile, so you may not have to.Good luck and stay on the road.

You didnt provide any information on the car is it a 4cyc V6 auto manual 2-dr 4-5 LX DX EX? Their arent much out there for this car. With the wide range of lack of information Im going to try to answer this best I can.A nice cat back exhaust will free up 5-10whp. Turbo will run about $3000 for your car and add about 80+100whp if its auto 60-80whp. So you have a car thats maybe 1/2 second faster to a max second faster.After you do the above mods Suspension coilovers and springs. Cheap route Intake Short or cold 2-5whp Header 5-8whp cat back exhaust 5-10whp. You arent going notice theses mods 12-23whp wont make you fast. Maybe a 50 dry shot of nitrous Zex kit you could have 30-40whp at best this route you be 42-63 whp and cost $1500Your better off selling it and getting yourself another car not trying to be an ass
