I want to upgrade my stereo but not lose the nice look of the factory head unit. I want to play my Ipod through the stereo with the best sound. What do you recommend(i.e. sub and amp or replacing the headunit)

i went with the option of changing the head unit, to pioneer, my decision was based on the fact that i wanted to add an amp and two subs, while also adding my ipod, and bluetooth. there are two kits metra makes, one allows you to put the aftermarket radio where the flipup storage is for around $20, or they also make a kit(which i used) that replaces the factory radio spot, this kit comes with heater/ac controls, and runs around $160+. to me it was the right choice, you are more flexible with aftermarket equipment to get the desired sound that you want to achieve.
