The filters are behind your glove box. The glove box, lower dash panel, and metal frame behind them need to be removed. If you are not familiar with removing dash panels I reccomend paying someone to do it. The lower panel is easily broken and has some hard to find screws. The filter would have to be VERY dirty to not allow any air flow. It should be changed every 30,000 miles. Make sure the blower motor is working (you should be albe to hear it when you turn it on). It is just under and behind the glove box. Good Luck!
