Yes, JDM type-R will fit.. But you'll have to get a different Trans, because the ITR trans is Hdyo, and your crx it's cable..The Mounts will be different, So you'll have to get a aftermarket mounts.. By the time you'll done with it.. It'll cost you about $7000.

yes it just goes right in, the tanny isnt going to be the problem go to hasport.com the have the mounts for cable and hydo trannys and everything having to do with that like axles, shift links, wire conversons, brackets and more. and for the motor look at tigerjapanese.com the type is is like arownd 4k already shipped but you should stay open minded like the h22 is going to make more power and better torque, also a b20 with a vtec head swap can put up some real good numbers. but either way you go good luck with that........

Yes it fits, but the cost is not worth it. it has 190 HP crank and about 168 top the wheels and a LSD. a low mileage one runs about $5,000. You can get a GSR motor 170 HP 154 to the wheels NO LSD for about $1,700. add the LSD for $800, then Turbo it for $2,500 and spend $5,000 that way and have 250 HP to the front wheels.
