Well, you shouldn't be swapping any engine. It is not only the engine that works in a car, it is the transmission, suspension, turbocharger and specially starter. Also, they may have different powers. You should not replace engines.

It can be done. The Major things you are looking at. 1. You would have to change the wiring. 2. Change the Computer. 3. Changing a lot of the plugs for the Sensors. 4. Making sure your motor mounts line up right. The list goes on and on. If you do decide. Plan on it being a project and take your time with everything. Do your home work on this before going any further. One thing you have to look at is. Time and Money you want to spend on this project. Good Luck. Thumbs Up?

This is no reason why you would want to swap a Fuel Injected car to a Carb, wiring will be a nightmare, going have to change the fuel system etc not alone the mounts, shift linkage, axles and your tranny it going cost alot of $$$. You could swap your motor for a hipper h22-h23 motor you can used your old tranny and mounts. So it be pretty cheap and offer a big bang. Peps the website.

OK you have a 91 Accord the engine swap to get it done correctly counting the parts and labor would be well over $10,000. EVERYTHING from the fuel system, wiring, axles, electrical, sensors, ETC... would have to be swapped.
