I would say you got about 450 horses. Check out a dyno though to be accurate.

Vtec has stages? SOHC VTEC-E Honda's next version of VTEC, VTEC-E, was used in a slightly different way; instead of optimising performance at high RPM, it was used to increase efficiency at low RPM. At low RPM, one of the two intake valves is only allowed to open a very small amount, increasing the fuel/air atomization in the cylinder and thus allowing a leaner mixture to be used. As the engine's speed increases, both valves are needed to supply sufficient mixture. A sliding pin, which is pressured by oil, as in the regular VTEC, is used to connect both valves together and allows the full opening of the second valve.

I would say 250hp. It is a d16. Lowering the vehicle has nothing to do wiht horse power although its great for handling. As for the V-tech maybe you did upgrade the v-tech with a different ecu.

With the mods on that engine you are probably in th 140-150 hp range. And just so you know VTEC does not come in stages. and this depends on what internals were used, the engine management system settings and other variables.

You might of made stock hp rating. 130whp if youre lucky. Without a proper dyno tune dont expect much.d15 economy vtec engines are turds for one. It was wise to get header and cold air, but header is pretty much worthless with stock exhaust. Bigger throttle body is worthless without a bigger intake manifold and ported head. Never heard of jet ecu upgrade sounds like a big waste of money. Aem pulleys are a waste of time and tend to break. There is no need for a performance clutch when your putting out jack shit for power.
