Not anything much really. Well yea, the horsepower and i think torque. That's why some people hate and say "your just buying an overpriced Si!"Because they pretty much have the same specs, except for the horsepower. The RSX is more of the luxury version.

From what I know, the relationship between the Civic Si K20 and the RSX Type-S K20A2 is much like the relationship between the B18C1 in an Integra GSR and the B18C5 in an Integra Type R. The 2005 Civic SI I believe has 200bhp, but the K20A2 in the RSX-S or JDM Honda Integra Type R has roughly 220-240bhp. Like the B18C1 having 170bhp and the B18C5 having 195bhp. But I think that the Civic Si K20 and the regular RSX K20 share the same motor if I'm not mistaken, the RSX-S is just like the "Type R" version claiming more power. Hope that helped.
