We have had great luck locating parts on eBay. You can also check the phone book fo rlocal junk yards and secondhand/used parts suppliers. Don't buy the first ones you find without checking around for othr prices because there is a variance in prices for used car parts.

You can actually polish them out. Some people will put clear on them, sand them, and then polish and looks like brand new.www.car-part.com

You have two choices, get Meguaires plastic polish or get really really high grit sand paper and wet sand it, making sure u have water running the whole time sand it with a sand paper that wont hurt ur arm when u try to sand it, thaats how high the grit is, and polish with wax, but id go with the plastic polish first

its caused by condensation, i had this problem and what i did was took the headlights off and disassembled them and cleaned out the lens and then reassembled the headlight and sealed it on top with sillcone so no air would leak in and put the headlights back on and problem solved, the headlights look ghetto with the sillicone, but its a $10 fix, and you dont even see the glue unless your hood is open and its not even that bad, that or buy new headlights, ive never tried sanding like the other ppl are saying
