Cold air intake and a cat back exhaust system could cost less than $600 and add about 30hp (Depending on what systems you use)

Just your model of car there isnt much to do. Yes you can do intake header exhaust but it inst really going make a difference Nitorus yes cheaper but same cant spray that much. Best bet to swap it our sell it to purchase another car. Or do a homemadeturbo.com maybe using your exhaust manifold as a cheap turbo manifold and get a t3 turbo and fmu.

you could clean your injectors and make sure they are not plugged up. Use this STP injector additive that you put in the gas tank every 3rd fill up or so.

how much money are you willing to spend is the question, like $500-$1000? i would say supercharger kits, turbo kits, or new engine

why the bleep would u put any money into a 20 yr old car. u want to go faster? save your bucks and get a faster car like a civic si. you should be looking for a car with airbags, abs etc. someday u might thank me that u are not in a hospital like the da Governor of NJ.
