It's in your catalytic converter, there are sometimes 2 of them. You need a special tool usually to take them out, but occasionally you can just use a wrench, depends on where it is and if you can get to it. All you have to do after you get it out is disconnect the wires and plug in the new one, and stick it back into your catalytic converter. Disconnect the battery for 15 mins to clear any check engine lights and codes and then reconnect, let it run for a few mins and you should be fine.

On the 90-93 honda accords, the O2 sensor is on the exhaust manifold underneath the heat shield. You can buy a bosch O2 sensor for it and it comes with an easy way to deal with the wiring. The heat shield is easy to remove, but you must be careful of brittle bolts due to the daily heat they incur(I recommend buy some penetrating lubricant). You need a special socket for removing the O2 sensor itself. Be careful to ensure the length of your wires are exactly as long as you need them because they will get caught in your radiator fan.

It will be screwed into the exhaust manifold and have 2 wires coming from it. There is a special hardened socket made especially for the task. It has an oblong slot up one side for the wires. Don't forget to unplug it first.

it is in the exhaust manifold. When you pop the hood and stood in between two headlights right in the middle, right in front of you there is the radiator and after radiator fans. If you put your hands right in that area, you will see a single pin looking metal coming out of the exhaust manifold. Only one wire is connected to it. It sticks out too much it is even too hard to miss it.
