when im at a stop it is easy to shift through the gears. but when im moving it is hard to downshift. sometimes it is easy for me to upshift but it seems to have a lot of trouble going in gear easy. not really grinding but I really have to force it in. but at a stop it is so smooth to shift gears.

take an automatic transmission.

Do you have your clutch down all the way?

It may be the linkage rods between the gearstick and the gearbox need adjusting.

it means ur drivin to fast to downshift to a lower gear like say ur in forth gear goin 45 and u start to slow down when u reach 30 mph downshift to third then from 30 u donshift 2 second when u reach 20 smooth sailing my friend let me kno how it works

more than likely that your syncros are bad .

It means that you don't know how to drive a manual transmission.

your clutch might be bad it might not be going down all the way

I was looking for some info for a similar problem like the described one.
