if you have a set of 2 atleast you are good to go with the 14's 4 lug. This should only be a replacement set of rims w/tires for your 13's.

The USA 1992-1995 generation of Honda Civic. The technique used by tire shops or tire shop mechanics, is called plus sizing. It does fit, as long the lug pattern is the same, and the recommended tire size is used in order not to have a speedometer accuracy. Here is the list of them. Example is the 1994 Honda Civic:1994 Honda Civic Si Hatchback (185/60-14 OEM)195/50-15 , 205/40-16 , 205/40-17 , 215/35-18 1994 Honda Civic VX hatchback (165/70-13 OEM)185/60-14 , 195/50-15 , 205/40-16 , 205/40-17 , 215/35-18 1994 Honda Civic CX hatchback (165/70-13 OEM)185/60-14 , 195/50-15 , 205/40-16 , 205/40-17 1994 Honda Civic DX hatchback, DX Sedan (175/70-13 OEM)185/60-14 , 195/50-15 , 205/40-16 , 205/40-17 , 215/35-18 1994 Honda Civic LX sedan, EX sedan (175/65-14 OEM)195/50-15 , 205/45-16 , 205/40-17 , 215/35-181994 Honda Civic EX coupe (185/60-14 OEM)195/50-15 , 205/45-16 , 205/40-17 , 215/35-18

Simply put if the lug pattern matches...and you put the new wheels with tires up against the old wheels and tires they should be the same height. to change to 14" rims you will put a lower profile tire on them.My 17" rims w/ tires are the same exact size as my 14" rims with tires were...just put a low profile tire on the 17"s
