please help!!? just want some FREINDLY advice on what to do with my car's motor..please do not post negative or rhetorical comments! thank you!

Stock is hip. if you think this car is too slow for you, keep it clean, sell it and shop for a car you think is fast enough.pay cash. car payments are for dummies.

It really isn't worth it. You would be paying thousands of dollars and you really wouldn't get much more out of it. I would just save up for a better car.

by "tuning"...you won't get much HP for it unless you put major $ into everything possible...the 03 civics can be tuned for decent sport looks and modest performance...the market for civics is huge, so no problem finding parts or people who know there stuff about it...new motor would probobly be a more expensive routealso, improving handling is good tuning for car...new shocks/struts..brakes...good tires and rims...all good tuning equipment for a car like your civic...good luck
