I would suggest a built B18C5 from an Integra type-r. these run about $4,000 for the motor and the build will cost around $5,000. This will give you a completly built and turbo ready car that is very reliable. The cost for the build includes labor and parts from the crank up, basically everything that moves in your motor. Add a Good turbo system, say from Greddy, or Turbonetics and you will have a 500 HP monster.

If money doesn't matter and you're going to just swap it and leave it alone, then get a k20a. If you're going to upgrade the internals and go all motor, then get the k20a2 since it's the exact same motor, but with less agressive cams and less compression, which won't matter if you're going aftermarket cams/pistons anyway. So the $1,000 that you save going a2 instead of a, you can put toward the internals. If you're going to turbo it, then go b18c1(going c5 would be pointless, plus again c1 is ~$2,000 cheaper). If you plan on boosting over 12 psi and making more than 300hp, then you'll need to sleeve the block, get lower compression pistons, aftermarket forged rods, and ofcourse an ECU with datalogging such as Hondata.

K20 from a JDM DC5 ITR. Throw in a complete TODA head package and ITB's. Good to go.
