If it's the fuse then it could be short in the wire causing it to get too hot and blowing the fuse. that sounds more like it. If it's not check the fuse and gett a 20A and if still blows then it's the wiring but check the fuse first.

check for damage or cracks on the lens, water could be getting in. if thats not your problem then its probably an electrical problem

I have a 89 Honda Accord and the same thing happen to me, there is either something crossing the wires or some part of your wires are touching metal. just last week I blew all my ignition fuses because I accidently touched some metal when I was putting the new switch in and it cost me another $10 in fuses. make sure everything is grounded out right too. try grounding them straight to the ground on the battery.

Very simple it's blowing because some part of the wireing is touching ground you need to pull the cord and check every sigle part of it with the it happens it mostly if the wire is expose somewhere is touching the metal I recommend that you can do 2 things pull the old installation and make new wire seal it with black tape all arround so do not happened again or its kinda danger but it works,... Unplug your (+) on your battery then get a higher fuse like 30a then as soon you get it in plug battery conector back and on seconds you would see smoke some where unplug realquick the battery and there is your problem !!!
