Default How do I take out the decals off a Civic?

I bought one used not too long ago, and the decals are basically a website that I've never even heard of that makes me look like a total advertising tool. It's on the outside, and I should mention that the tints are on the inside. I've tried ripping them off by hand, but it's really stuck there. Is there another way to take them out without damaging my windows? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Razor blade then some glass cleaner or goo gone to clear off the sticky residue if theres even any left on the window. Lol @ the 3rd answer, how is using a razor stupid? in the time that it takes for you to go get a hair dryer, get an extension cord, heat it up to the point where it would just peel off, then remove the adhesive. You could have used a razor blade and taken it all off before you even got to the garage with the hair dryer. you are the one that is stupid my friend.

Use a blow dryer (like you would use for your hair), and a warm sunny day. Heat the stickers, and they should be easily removed either with the razor blade someone suggested, or even a fingernail.

Have you noticed that a Honda Civic is a "decal magnet?" Why so many people put those stupid stickers on them and on cars in general?..Anyway, there's a product called Goo Gone. You buy it in any hardware store. Saturate the decal with this thing, let it sit for 2-3 minutes and gently scrape it off. It will leave some residual on the car, again wipe it of with cloth saturated in Goo Gone. It works (and not only on cars.)

The blow dryer is your best friend! Warm the adhesive and they'll release. Cleanup the goo with WD-40 and a soft rag.

Alcohol and cotton balls. Saturate the cotton balls with the alcohol, let it sit on the decals for a minute or so. Peel the decals and reapply alcohol as needed. This will remove the decals and any sticky residue.I am an owner of 9 cars. I can not stand "dealer decals" and this works EVERY TIME with little effort and no damage. All else fails, take it to an auto detailer and they can fix you up.

Single edged razor blade, and Goo-Gone is good. Another alternative to the Goo-Gone is baby-oil. Yep, baby-oil. Slather some on the stickem residue, let it sit awhile, and follow up with the razor again ... it works. Then clean off window with glass cleaner.
