unless you sell the parts your self thereis nothing you can do. junk yard require a title to pick up a car. the only option here is to cut it up and turn it into scrap (cant resemble a car to do this). my question is are you the owner? and if not you can obtain a title through abadonment laws, as long as it has been over 6 months
