Default Why is the horn on my 1996 Honda Civic going off every couple of seconds as I drive?

one of these days it's gonna honk at the wrong person...Anyone know how I can just disable it.(it's not like I actually use it or anything...)I actually pulled the fuse for the horn, but it was labeled as Horn, Stop. The result was the horn was disabled, as was the brake light in the rear window and, oddly enough, the ability to shift into drive once the engine was running.

Sounds like a short circuit. As most states require you to have a horn, as a signaling device, you might want to get it checked out, and fixed, rather than disabled.
