96 Honda Civic.

If you're pointing in the direction that it's an EX model, then your HP # is 127. The VTEC-E I'm not 100% sure on. Guessing you're talking about an HX model or something. My best bet would be around 80-100hp. Try looking it up and see what you get. Good luck.

The 96 EX had the Vtec and it has 127 hp.You will know if you have the EX if you have a factory moonroofNot sure what the E stands for but if you are in the US there was an i-Vtec that was a better performer but had the same hp rating just more economicalHope this helps
