A cold ari intake is the best bank for your buck. Adds up to 30 hp. Your could also add minor things such as exhaust kit (10 hp) new air flow system( 15 hp and even short shifter. Turbo is the worst idea due to difficulties installing it on civics made after 2003.

You need intake, header, exhaust. Those are the basic mods, they will work at their maximum extent when done together. A cold air intake ALONE wont get you much, but you will feel a slight difference and roar. For the exhaust big doesnt mean better. Once you get these 3 down, you can move up to bigger and better things.

Not much you can do. That car isnt made for power. A CAI, exhaust, and header will pick up a few hp. Probably 10-20 for all 3 combined. There is no way you pick up 30 hp with a CAI and 10 with an exhaust on a 4 cylinder. Unless you start adding VTec stickers cause those are good for at least 50/sticker. Try closer to 5% gain tops for each.
