how many miles per gallon does a 1999 Honda Civic LX SEDAN get?

MPG (city) 26MPG (highway) 31MPG (combined) 28Keep in mind that a car that is 8 years old will probably not get millage as high as these numbers because of engine and drivetrain wear.

Manual: 32 mpg / 37 mpg Automatic: : 28 mpg / 35 mpg on a 11.9 gallon tank

Mine averages about 33 mpg, I drive about half town, half highway. It has 157,000 mile, and drive fast alot, so thats not too bad..Good luck

well im checking the consumer report guide a honda civic sedan with a 1.8 liter, four cylinder 2006 will get u 28 mpg

I have a 99 Ex 2dr 5spd and I avg about 23-28mpg depending on if I stay out of v-tec or not....and it has 159,000miles on it
