File a complaint with cosumer agency in your state also file a complaint with the DMV. A representative of Honda just might be looking for you then. Had to do that with my Acura, They do not like the bad reports, they found the time then to talk to me..Good Luck

American Honda is located at 1919 Torrance Blvd, Torrance, CA 90501. The president is Dick Colliver. You should call their consumer affairs hotline at 1-800-999-1009. Honda is a very customer-centric company and very responsive to customer calls without having to jump through hoops. If you haven't gotten the corporate consumer affairs people involved, give them a try. I know they try hard to resolve every concern and you will definetely not be 'brushed-off'.hope that helps

A search through the Honda website in your country of residence can provide you the local contact details. Normally, the local company representatives are the best guys to support your complaint.Anyway, you can try this one in Japan head office shingo_kimata@hm.honda.co.jp. Although he might not be directly responsible for your market but if you word your problem in details with a request to be connected to the right person in your country, you might get a response. Hope it helps!

Could you PLEASE share that with me if you are able to find it? I will do the same for you. I am on a mission. Honda has known about the 'below sub-standard' frames supplied to them and are on ALL Honda Passports and Isuzu Rodeos made from 1998 to 2002. I was one of those unfortunate consumers. My concern is for all the families that are still driving/riding in these vehicles. The frame on my Rodeo snapped in half while I was driving it causing me to lose control of the vehicle. i was only doing 35 MPH but what about a family on the expressway doing 70? Honda refused to do a recall on the vehicles but I will continue this campaign until everyone is out of the vehicles. Thanks for listening and PLEASE, if you know anyone that owns one of these vehicles, please tell them to have it checked then to contact the NHTSA and join the rapidly growing list of consumers that want answers. Oh, also tell them to go to WLKY.com and watch the news video clip. Scary!
