What you propose is pointless. The interncooler operates by taking the air charge from the turbo and exchanging its heat with the outside air, increasing the power to the engine. An intercooler without a turbocharger or a supercharger is just a very expensive piece of useless metal.

Either way it's a waste of time. You not going to gain anything that you would notice.

The purpose of the intercooler is to cool the post-turbo intake charge to a temp closer to ambient. Since the intake temp of a naturally aspirated engine, you'll have no horsepower gain. You may have a loss in handling and acceleration due to unnecessary weight located in front of the front wheels.

It wouldn't help much, but it would add some power, not sure how you would install it though

you can install a turbo without an intercooler, but intercooler with a turbo is pointless.
