yes, you just have ot make sure u get the right lug size as in im guessing your accord is 5 lug so yea get 5 lug rims

it will but you need to worry about where your riding on those things... city rodes kill 20" rims but they sure look fly...

Why would you waste your money on 20s for a POS 4 cylinder? Spend the money on a real car.

Only if you cut the wheel wells. The guy at the dealer did his and he needed to do some cutting to make sure that they cleared. You *might* be able to get a very thin tire like a bfgoodrich kdw on 20's and have it fit.I just put on 225/45/18's on mine and am happy enough with that! The ride gets choppy above that I think.

With enough money, anything is possible. I put 33" super swamper tires on a Chrysler 5th avenue without cutting the fenders, but I did have to build a 6" lift for it.
