Default What is the absolute WORST gas mileage i could get in a honda civic?

Ok, keep in mind, the oil is always fresh, it's maintained. What is the WORST gas mileage i could possibly get, if i floored it all the time and revved it really high? And always drove aggresively? Like 20 mpg?

I had a 2002 Honda Civic LX manual and I drove similar to that, but on the interstate for most of the miles. I always got around 40 mpg, so I would say...between 30 and 35 mpg.I really miss being able to fill up for $20 I hope this helps.

20 is probably a good guess. But it might be better to sell it, get good used Corvette, and enjoy driving a car that doesn't have to be floored to get going!

20 mpg looks right. I think you could do worse if you always drove in first and second gear, but I don't suppose anyone actually does that.

If you were to repeatedly floor your car from a complete stop, and only drove 100 feet before you totally stopped again, you would only get about 3-4 miles to a gallon.
