Default 99 Civic Factory CD Player

I've got a 99 Civic with a factory CD player, and it won't play any burnt discs, except for one. CD's burnt off of Windows Media Player don't work, and I know the brand of CD doesn't matter. Does anyone know the program or format I have to use?
