...could be the problem Normally, aircon is really cold even on #1, but there will be times like 2-3 times a week when this would suddenly happen:There is cold air on the vent but the AIR BLOWING OUT (or AIRCON FAN BLOW?) is sooo weak, then it weakens further and further until there is almost nothing blowing the cold air out anymore-- even on #4The temperature knob is always set on the coldest while my fan speed is almost always on #1I turn the aircon OFF for 3 mins and then turn it ON again and its normal again. However, its such a hassle to do this and I know this is not normal--Just want to make sure what I should expect to be changed when I bring it in for aircon warranty claim.What could be the problem? Is it the expansion valve?

Sounds like a bad blower or switch.
