Default Could you give me some suggestions on how to improve performance?

I have a civic 95, carb, automatic, 1.5 liters. I want to improve performance and gas mileage whithout going extreme (I'm not a competitor, it's just for fun). Any suggestions??

performance air filters like k&n or just get a cold air intake. use a complete fuel injector fuel system cleaner. you can always put strut bars if you care about handling. all the obvious, you should already know.
