hey ok , well if you removed the wires and put wrong itsomtimes still will start it will but it will run a shiity ,like it is misefiring and and it sound like it want to turn off and after a will it will.so i now for a fact that ,thats not the problem,do this first check your light turn them on and if you see no light turn on then the battery might be dead ,.but if u do see a light and its very bright then ok .bright as if u were normally driving.ok then next thing i would check is check all the fuses in the car and in the ingiane make sure there not blowen.on a honda lets see i think its under the steriing wheel .or ondeer passenger side were u put your feet.and the ones in engine there should be a box.that says fuse open it and check fuses.then if that doest solve it chec your egnistion swich.by now a mechanic should look at it. but to me a 1998 honda shoulnt give that kind of a problem check your battery if light dont come buy new battery and youll be ready to i almost now tha your problem.

how come you took the wires off?the starter should not be intangled with the wiresto change it....the...plus if you took all the plugs off at once theres a chance you messed the engine up...but if you need to get them seated right....then go to autozone and buy a haynes manual and it will show firing orders, wire locations....

The sparkplug wires are put back where they came came off of. If possible try to look at someone else's accord and lookat the order and how the spark plugs are placed. do that and put your spark plugs accordingly to theirs and see if that will help. The other thing is, if you have no one else to look at try the import magazines look at a accord if any and look at the order of the spark plugs.
