Your third gen in a tough car to modify. It's stock B-series is the black sheep B, with mounts that don't match up to any other B, and a head that doesn't match up to any other B. So I can understand the desire to go to the Honda big block, the H22. The only problem here is that the, to the best of my knowledge, there aren't any swap mounts available for your car to fit an H22, or any other engine for that matter. That said, the biggest obstacle will be getting mounts. You can have a machine shop make you some I'm sure, or have a welder just "make it fit" by welding mounts into your Prelude that fit the H22. After you jump that hurdle, all that's left is wiring and emissions compliance, but all that is known territory for any experienced shop. Then comes a custom exhaust setup, you can have one fabbed up by your local muffler shop. Long story short, if you solve the mount problem, you solve the problem. You can also check out Honda-tech.com. If there is anyone in the world who has done this swap before, chances are you can find them there...
