Can I replace it with an ECU from an overseas model (37820-PK2-6660)? I believe that both ECUs are for manual PGM-F1 cars.

yea as long as its the same engine ECU

There is a place in Florida that you could call that deals with ONLY ECU's It's a place called SOLO Elec. I'm not sure if they sell to people besides mech. shops. But they maybe able to tell you if the one you have and the one from overseas would be compatiable.
