What can I do to improve my honda accord EX 2003 performance wise?

Do the basics, get some good oil, get good griping tires,and get some nitrous oxide.

dont run nitrous on a stock motor. if you just want a little more hp go with an intake, header, and exhaust, depending on the companies you buy from, the total should be under $1,000 and youll get 10-15 hp. if you more, 60-100+ hp, build your motor up and boost it. should cost a couple grand, depending on how mechanically inclined you are

Change the tires put racing tires on there, add a turbo or supercharger,cold air Intake system, Full Catback exhaust system, Headers, Short shifter, Cam gears, spark plugs.

either the turbo way or the basic intake header and exhaust...and cam gears are useless unless yo have aftermarket cam shafts theres no point or really not much improvement in hp when you advance the timing on a stock motor

okay.... heres what you can do for under $1,000.00Cat Back Exhaust---------> between $80.00 and $200.00 10-15 HPHeaders------------>Between $200.00 and $500.0015-30 HPAir Intake-----------> Between $25.00 and $150.005-35 HPBetter Tires--------> Between $ 400.00 and $1,000.00

tires dont make a car faster just grip better cold air intake and do the exhaust headers back and you'll nsee a big difference is it a vtec v6 or 4 cyl?
