dont run nitrous on a stock motor. if you just want a little more hp go with an intake, header, and exhaust, depending on the companies you buy from, the total should be under $1,000 and youll get 10-15 hp. if you more, 60-100+ hp, build your motor up and boost it. should cost a couple grand, depending on how mechanically inclined you are

either the turbo way or the basic intake header and exhaust...and cam gears are useless unless yo have aftermarket cam shafts theres no point or really not much improvement in hp when you advance the timing on a stock motor
