Default Can I put an EX instrument cluster in a DX model?
I own a 1996 Honda Civic DX and was wondering if I can switch out my instrument cluster to the EX model so that I will have a tach. Guy at Honda said he heard that could cause the correct wiring harness was already on my car, but he couldn't totally be sure of it

it should work but you must also take the wiring from the distributer EX model to put on yours so that the tach works.
