It should require unleaded premium.07 Honda Civic SI should be same engine asRSX type S engine. Both being 2.0L V-Tec Engine. And both havingsame redline.Differently tuned of course. And since I drove RSX-Type S before, yes. It requires unleaded premium in order for the engine to give it's full power. = ) But as you know, it's not a must. But strongly recommended. = )

It requires Unleaded Preamium. It says so on the gas door. It is a high compression engine that is why it needs preamium.

Hi.... Your suppose to use unleaded preminum. Plus it's stated on the little gas door thing to use unlead preminum and i think it's stated in the manuel. Don't listen to those that said that you can use regular, you could but it's not good for your engine. Preminum is expensive but that helps your engine so it's worth it, plus its an Si, they are awesome. You don't want to mess up the engine now do you?
