Tested switch w/ voltmeter and it's OK. The weird thing is - is that when I disconnect the battery, and then reconnect it, the switch works fine. Until I start the car. Then the switch no longer works.All fuses are good.

check your fusebox

sound like you are having a problem with the main power switch replace the drivers switch assembly

on my si you have to turn the key on hold the unlock button on the master switch untill it clicks twice then within 5 seconds turn the key to off.

Sounds like the electrical part of the ignition switch. Its kinda hard to get to. Remove the cover under the steering column below the key switch. You should be able to see it from there. Its directly behind the key switch.
