Check Kelly's Blue Book.Off the top of my head, I wouldn't pay more than 5k. That's a well used car.

I work at a car dealership. I booked it out on our KBB system as a 96 Honda Accord DX 4 door, automatic with 152K miles. I didn't add for power win, lock, cruise, cd, since I didn't know what options you have on it. Wholesale blue book is $3100 and retail is $5600. Depending on the condition, you could expect to get in the $4000-$4500 range on a private party sale. For a trade in, don't expect more than $1500.

2500 to 3900 seems to be a decent price for one if it is in good condition with normal wear like tires and decent paint

Kelly Blue Book is the best way to check for prices. Just know that the price listed is only a value to start negotiation.
