First answer is correct. I have an '00 Accord V6 and had the local Honda dealer change the timing belt @ 80k miles. The exception was that the dealer did not change any seals other than what comes integral with the water pump. BTW, the water pump gets changed because it's easiest to access it during servicing the timing belt, and water pump seals will eventually fail...it makes $$ sense to service both during one visit.

For my Hondas, I replace the belts (timing and accessory), water pump, thermostat. Never touched tensioner or cam seals. Normally, this is the first intervention (about 90,000 mi) - that's why the accessory belts and thermostat are replaced. The belts need to be removed anyways, and once coolant is drained (for water pump replacement), thermostat is a snap to do.

t belt, water pump, cam seal, crank seal, front balance shaft seal and don't forget the front balance shaft seal retainer,as that seal tends to pop out and for what it's worth why not,get dealer original parts you don't want to do it twice i have seen this so many times
