Yea the car is good but for around the same price you can get the supercharged Cobolt SS. The Cobolt has more low end power (torque). That is what you really feel during everyday drives. Also help keep American brand Chevy alive. Another killer Saturn Ion red line same car as Cobolt but norm have cheaper prices because the name.

Any newer Honda Civic is a good car!!! I own a 2002 but it is not an si, you'll fall in love with this car, it has a lot of room, handles well in all road conditions, seats are very comfortable, I haven't had any problems with my car and I've owned it over a year. Hope you enjoy your honda and treat it good because it will last you a very, very long time!!!

I test drove a 2007 Si Coupe in October and bought it the next day. Just as a comparison, I also test drove the new GTI turbo, the new Cobalt SS, the 2005 Acura RSX-S, and a 2003 350Z which were all between $20,000 and $24,000. I chose the Si. The sound from the engine is quite literally amazing, if you drive without too much aggression you can easily achieve over 30mpg and if you wanna pass someone going 100mph on the highway you can do so with ease... not to mention if you've never driven a Honda with VTEC (variable timing and lift electronic control) you will not believe what happens after the RPMs push past 6,000. It is one of the most fun to drive cars I've ever had the pleasure of driving. I now have 4,000 miles on mine and it's been 6 months and I do not regret the purchase in any way... and trust me... I'm only 21 so it is hurting the pockets a bit and I don't regret it for a second. The stock sound system sounds really good, the bass is nice with the equipped stock subwoofer and midrange/treble is very crisp and clear even at really high volumes. The dashboard is very smooth, extremely nice to look at. The digital red speedometer is not distracting and is a lot of fun to watch as it rips through the numbers... The seats are actually very comfortable on longer rides even though they're very contouring. I have nothing but good things to say. I'm sure I'm leaving tons of stuff out but trust me... it's a car that you will want to drive every single chance you get.
