Hello. I have a 1988 Honda Accord 4dr. I was just wondering if anybody could tell me or send me links on cheap modifications I can do to my car to improve the appearance. I go on eBay alot, so if anyone has experience buying a part for that car, feedback would also be great. Just anything that you have done or know can be done with a pretty cheap cost. Thanks!Hey, just wanted to be clear. I was thinking things like the headlamps and stuff. Maybe a different handbrake lever or different pedals. Nothing on the body and certainly not on the exhaust system. Just the little things. Thanks

Unless you are going to refurbish the exterior back to original everything, and plan to keep it for a long time, don't do anything to it. Anything you do just to 'enhance' the looks of a car that old will look just like that - a bunch of bolt-on stuff. If you are trying to make the car look 'hot', forget it. Unless you beef up the power train, horsepower, suspension, etc, it will look awful and sound awful, especially if you put one of those stove pipe exhausts on it. You can't fool anyone, no one really cares - save your money for a newer car to play around with.
