It only rattles when i am driving. I tried to see if it would rattle in nuetral but it doesn't. My boyfriend checked all the fluids and they are all fine. I noticed it after i took my car over 90 mph. I dk if it was caused by that or if i just didn't notice it before. Thanks for your help!

Most likely, you shook something loose when you went over 90. It's most likely not dangerous but I'm sure it annoys the hell out of you. Pop open your hood and look around, shake things around and see if you can't find anything that shook loose. Also check your muffler, those things like to rattle too

You need to take it in before the situation gets worse, the longer you wait something else might go wrong. and it will be more expensive in the end.

MOST LIKELY IT IS THE HEAT SHIELD ON YOUR CATALYTIC CONVERTER THEY COME LOOSE AFTER A WHILE HAVE YOUR BF CHECK TO SEE IF IT IS LOOSE GOOD LUCK

its probably the fan belt my friend 87 caddilac made a rattling sound thefan belt was partially shredded and it tore the insulation under the hood ask you machanic to check the fan belt

It is the heat shield just take the cover our of the cat converter just take it out i did and theres nothing wrong...

Like they said check the shields on your catalytic connverter. They get looose and may need to be tighten. You might also want to check the motor mounts.. though i dont think it causes rattling but can cause problems at high speeds
