Default I have an 03 Honda Odyssey, Will any thing not work if I change to an aftermarket radio?
I know the steering wheel radio controls will not work, but is there anything else??

they make installation kits that has everything that will keep everything operation properly

I changed my 2000 radio out and the only thing not working is the steering wheel controls. I changed out the front speakers also. The rear need to be changed but I haven't yet. The bass really causes them to resonate.You might start with the speakers unless you really want features of a new radio. Then you should probably plan on speakers also, because the stock are not good.
