Simply, NO Tanabe racing exhausts are not the low tone you are looking for. The tanabe medallion is very loud and will set off car alarms all around you. If you don't belive me I will send you my written violations for loud exhaust and disturbing the peace. I do not recommend them unless you want to be heard by everyone.

In terms of exhausts tanabe isnt exactally the quietest one. If you are going for a quiet sound and a little performance then just get the pacesetter exhaust system, most people will tell you that they are garbage in terms of performance which is true, but it will do the trick for you, it has a lower tone without the ricer sound. If you have any questions about exhaust sounds my recommendation is to go to www.streetfire.net, and search for exhaust clips, hope this helps.
